iPad Troubleshooting At Home

If your iPad is not connecting to the internet at home it is likely that you have a problem with the VPN (Virtual Private Network).  

Please select the app Global Connect and click the button to connect. 

If this doesn't work you may need to turn the wi-fi off and then on and try again.  

You will know the iPad is working if you see the letters "VPN" on the top of the iPad next to the wi-fi symbol.
