Do this:
1. Upload a picture of your child’s COVID test to the daily pass. Put the test strip on a piece of paper and on the paper write your child’s name, birthdate, and test date or the test result will be rejected.
2. Notify the main office at 323-938-6275. Make sure to tell the main office your child's name and room number before you hang up.
3. Stay home for five days after the day of the positive test. Automated instructions will include this information form the daily pass.
4. Return to school after five days at home as long as you are fever-free for 24 hours.
5. Wear a mask indoors for five more days.
